5th Annual Southeast Indian Studies Conference

Abstracts are
invited for papers and panels addressing the study of American Indians in the Southeast
cultural area. Topics may include
academic or creative works on: archaeology, education, history, socio-cultural
issues, religion, literature, oral traditions, art, identity, sovereignty,
health and other matters. Abstracts are
welcome from academic scholars, students and community leaders. Paper presenters should plan for 25
mins. Panels may present for 50 mins.
Abstracts should be submitted by 19
December 2008 to Ms.
